Concept and implementation of a multi staged Hotel refurbishment design divided up in different teams and different stages.

The restaurant and summer terrace restaurant with new architectural adjustments to parts of the existing building, as well as space planning, inclusive of functionality, hard & soft finishes, lighting, sanitary (FF&E) accessibility, norms, site visits and client meetings were part of the scope.

Working on the concept and solving architectural as well as functional challenges while keeping the essence of the history of the place in mind.
